Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled performance time to allow time for entry and seating.
The Brick Theatre is located on Level 3 and can be accessed by elevator or stairs. Please check in at the ticket booth in the lobby before entering the theatre.
Seating is general admission and unreserved, so seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Brick is an intimate black-box theatre, with every seat just feet from the performers and offering an excellent view of the stage.

Refund and exchange policy:
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event that a performance is cancelled by 8th Day Whisper. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible. Where availability permits, we may be able to transfer your booking to another performance of the same production. Any transfer is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. If a performance is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a refund to the original payment method or, where appropriate, an alternative performance.
